• Race Relations Amendment Act 2000 and the implication for the work force

Afternoon Session:

• Cultural Awareness exercise/quiz
• Scenarios
• Cultural differences
• Recommendations for good practice – Delivering culturally appropriate services and implementation of race relations scheme.
• How to challenging bad practices
• Evaluation and close

We will work with organisations to put their literature in alternative formats e.g. symbols, tapes and Braille.
