Welcome to the TJ Training Consultancy website. We are a training education company dedicated to Impacting Knowledge, Building Capacity and Improving Life with a range of training programmes, workshops and courses for individuals, groups, organisations as well as voluntary, statutory and private sector businesses.

We design, develop and facilitate training in the area of Personal Development, Equality & Diversity and Basic Employment Law. We deliver generic training in Equal Opportunities / Race & Cultural Awareness. We provide consultancy service – working with organisations to create workable policies and also carry out project review and evaluation.

We are responsive to individuals, groups and organisation needs and will deliver full day or half day training, 10 week, 5 week and taster courses at any suggested venue.

All our programmes are interactive, involving active participation from delegates. We aim to make learning as relevant as possible, enabling you to apply what has been learnt in your organisation and real life situations. Teaching and learning methods will include lecture and facilitation. Participants will be given tasks to complete individually, in small groups and also as the whole group. There will be opportunities for discussion and debate.
