We also provide a consultancy service, working with organisations to create workable policies based on these issues. We are responsive to individual organisation needs, delivering full or half day training sessions at a venue of your choice. Our programmes/workshops are interactive encouraging active participation from delegates.

We aim to make learning as relevant as possible, enabling you to apply what has been learnt in your organisation and everyday life. Our teaching and learning methods include lecturing and facilitating. Participants are given tasks to complete individually, in small groups and also as the whole group. There are always opportunities for discussion and debate.
